Join Kirileigh Lynch and Emme Preisler in Sicily this summer as we practice, feast, explore, celebrate and rejuvenate.

This retreat is for anyone who self identifies as female. It runs over midsummer's so there'll be plenty of witchy vibes and lots of deep connection to nature and to self. It's an opportunity for women to come together and support each other as we release, heal and manifest. It's going to be glorious.

We'll start the day with meditation and pranayama and a morning yoga classes followed by brunch. There's plenty of free time during the day so you can explore the local beaches and UNESCO world heritage sites and in the evening we come together again to practice and share the evening meal. All our food is traditional vegetarian/vegan Sicilian meals cooked by a local nonna and it's going to be delicious.

The location, Casa Balat, is a slice of heaven. A 300 year old Sicilian farmhouse, with an open air yoga deck, a salt water pool, olive groves and stunning grounds. It's only one hour away from Catania airport, and 20 min drive from local beaches, the city of Noto, Noto Antica and Palazzolo Acreide.

We’re passionate about making these retreats accessible and affordable so have worked really hard to keep price low - each retreat is only €580/€700 pp for 7 days/6 nights (depending on accommodation options) and spaces are filling up fast.
