Spend a glorious afternoon joyfully coming home to yourself as Goddess Circle Asia and Date Yourself present ‘The Yoga of Tea’. 

We will start at the beginning, with an introduction from Kiki, founder of Date Yourself on the philosophy of what it means to Date Yourself. We’ll let you percolate on these thoughts as we mindfully guide you through a silent tea ceremony (lead by Georgi) to allow you to come into the present moment, enjoy slowing down and delight your senses. Kiki will keep the bliss going and close the session with a yoga nidra that is guaranteed to have you floating on sunshine.

Refresh your mind, relax your body and celebrate your senses. Also, there will be cookies. :)
